Went to the LGS today planning on getting a 617 4" they have to go with my pre-lock 617 6", the manager way laid me and stuck this in my hands and I just couldn't make myself let go.

Someone who knows their way around the inside of a K frame did the trigger on this, its very smooth, I double checked the strain screw and looked everything on the interior over and the job shows no sign of short cuts. Can't wait to run some rounds through it. 19-3 2K468xx

A few years ago I was selling off most of my wheel guns, kept the couple I'd carried on duty, M14-3 and M38-2 (most of my career I carried semi-autos). Suddenly S&W's are multiplying like rabbits around my house, lol.

Nice 19-3! How do you like the feel of those Bill Jordan style of grips?

Isn't it odd how those smooth target grips can be so sticky?
Nice catch man.
I've gotta get me a 4" 19. :D

Beautiful 19-3, I developed a thing for the 19-3 and 25 this year. Wow! have I been having fun.

The guy across the street fell in love with a used 6" 19-3 right after I brought it home. Sold it to him for my cost. Another one followed me home a few weeks later. Bought a 4" nib as well.

The grips are great, I'd never even considered a set of them and I'm a Bill Jordan fan just always assumed they where for folks with really big hands. These are just slightly bigger than perfect for me, I'll have to wait 'til I shoot it to know for certain. The look is perfect.

Congratulations !
looks like yours has the wide target hammer and trigger as well.

My 19-3 in diamond targets is my favorite K frame revolver.
BTW...Whats that J frame in the bottom right with target sites?
Model 34 ?

Staged

Did your 34's barrel just get longer? He He ; )
