Picked up my new to me model 19 no dash. Pinned and recessed. Also has a screw underneath the trigger guard. This thing in my opinion is nearly flawless. Well maintained. Very proud owner. It will be shot and maybe even used as a daily carry. I got very lucky. Paid under 500 from my local gun store. Also it is sitting next to my 586-4. The bluing is slightly different. I think both are gorgeous. The serial number lined up with 1958 date of manufacture. I found this in a post where someone posted all n,k and a few other frames serial numbers and date of manufacture. Did the best I could with lighting for the pics.

Insane deal!!
Well done!
Please! Don’t carry that daily. If it’s and no Dash in excellent condition, I would want to keep it like that. I would carry something else you have!
For really great photos, take some outside at dusk or dawn when the sun is not up, but the sky acts like a light box.
You’ll be amazed at how the bluing looks.

Don't they arrest thieves in Alabama? You stole that beauty. That's a $800-$1,100 gun around here.
If it's as immaculate as you say, I wouldn't EDC it. Just the holster and unavoidable rubbing and bumping on stuff will leave lots of wear marks. Just shoot it and be sure to lay it on a towel at the range bench

I’ll definitely try that!

The more I think about it the more it probably won’t get carried. Definitely gonna be gentle on it. It was a smoking deal. When I saw the price tag I tried my best to keep my poker face

Great deal on any Model 19 , even better on a 19 ND.
You may already know the correct stocks would be football relieved diamond center target stocks with the older sharp heel radius.
The non releived target stocks on it in the pics are probably worth $200-$250 by themselves.

Edited to add,
The wide TH is interesting since it has no other target features but those were easy user upgrades after they left the factory.

I wasn’t sure what the factory stocks were. Appreciate that info. In the future I’ll get the football relieved stocks. I do like the non relieved and will obviously keep them. I noticed that on the TH as well but the trigger being the standard size. I agree probably an upgrade after purchase. The action is very smooth.
