A friend of mine asked me what could be done to remove the tiny spots on his new to him Model 29. I've seen the pics and the piece is covered with tiny spots that do not appear to be pits. I seem to remember something about long term storage in flocked cases causing this problem. I told him that I would see what I could learn off this website as you guys usually have some reasonable solution. I tried the Search area but got a dead end other than trying Flitz or Semichrome. Those were methods I would give a shot on an area that wasn't highly visible before tackling a cylinder. Is the correct term for this condition "foxing"?
