I can't be much help, but SCSW4 lists DAT-prefix guns as 2007.

These revolvers were "machine engraved" - not cut by hand. Hand engraving would be 2 - 3 times the cost.

Value? Probably about the same as a 29-10 without the engraving. Maybe a little more if it comes with the original box, paperwork, etc. and shows no evidence of being fired. Machine and laser engraving don't do much to enhance value but if you like it that's all that really counts.
