Model 29 no dash

Just picked up a model 29 no dash s216xxx serial number made in 1960-1961 according to S&W. Need an original set of coke grips if anyone has for sale. I have a set of non coke n frame diamond target stocks pre 1968 but from what I've read on here they didn't come on the 29s or 57s. Any help is appreciated.

Good luck. Those who have Cokes don't often sell them. Do not expect to find a pair for a bargain price. Haunt eBay. The closest SN on my list to yours is S2173xx shipping in 5/62.

There are several sets on there now for sale. They are NOT cheap and the bids are constantly rising.

Welcome to the FORUM! If you find Cokes as mentioned, they will be $$$$.
The last set I saw on ebay, was around $500. If it were me, I would use what you have. You MAY stumble on a reasonable set if somebody does not know what they have. Bob

Thank you everyone Masterbuck54 Found me a set and I'm extremely greatful for the help and knowledge to him and to you all. It will be nice to have a classic gun with the correct grips on it. Will post pics soon. Thank you all.
