I would suggest a call to S&W, it's possible they may be able to fit a new yoke. However, since I have never heard of a yoke cracking I would suggest that you look it over very carefully to make sure that what you are seeing is acually a crack.
I'd also like to see some pics because this part is under almost zero stress so it's a bit hard to believe it cracked. The only explanation I can think of is that it wasn't properly machined when the stud or yoke tube was installed. If that's the case it sort of puts the late "pinned and recessed" era into the "problem prone" category.

I'm not familiar with an Ipad but expect that you can follow the same procedure for uploading images as from any other source. This is as follows.
From blow the posting window click on the Go Advanced button. Next scroll down a bit and click on hte Manage Attachments button. This will pop up a new window that allows you to either "Upload from your computer" or "upload from URL". Choose the Browse button nest to "Upload from your computer" and locate the image file on your computer. Once it's displayed in the upload window click on the Close this window button at the bottom and then hit the Submit Message button. If you've done it all correctly you'll see a thumbnail image displayed at the lower left of your message and hovering over that thumbnail will open the image.
Now one final note about uploading image files to this site. That is there is a size restriction so you'll need an application that allows you to resize image files. I cannot help you with that, in spite of owning stock in Apple I have yet to purchase a single Apple product.
