Can someone here tell me if my model 37-1 Airweight is rated for .38SPl +P ammo? I've heard that if it has the -1 it is +P rated.I still see a lot of sites where the people there say to NOT use this Ammo in an Airweight.I do not intend to use this revolver for lots of target shooting. It is my Bedside gun. Thanks in advance for any replies. CHRIS

You will get replies all over the place on this one, but I say practice with standard ammo and load up for defense with +P.

Shawn,
That's what I had figured. And the way you tell it was how I had planned to use it. Thanks,Chris
