hey I just traded for a model 39-2 and the serial #A1957## i cant find anything close to get a value on it so I am unsure as if I have been had on this trade any help would be a[ppreciated thanks

It falls into the '73/'74 serial number range, probably '73......you would need to post pics to get a decent value of it....

First off, welcome to the forum.

Your 39-2 ought to date to late 1972 or early 1973.

Value is tremendously dependent upon condition and originality. Without seeing some photos to assess those factors, it'd be irresponsible to throw out a figure.
