MODEL 40 1960 SERIAL # RANGE

EDIT UPDATE: Bought a model 40 flat latch today on GB. Could not get the serial number before the auction ended. So I'll research the serial number when I get the gun (next week).

My hunt for 1960 J fames continues.

Can anyone give me the serial # range of model 40 that shipped out in 1960?

They do not follow the numbers on page 399 of SCSW.

The serial numbers for model 40 and 42 ran concurrently 1 - 30160 until 1968.

Any help will greatly appreciated.
