Model 41 Magazines

I'm sure it has been addressed previously; nonetheless....

How do you strip the Model 41 magazines the don't have the take down plungers/pins in their base plates?

On the newer style mags, simply stick something through the slot in the side, such as a dental pick or small screwdriver, snag the spring and lift it off of the floor plate. Then slide the floor plate off. Release the spring carefully.

No problem. I don't actually own any of the newer style mags but here are two older style mags disassembled. Metal follower older style mag on top and 5 shot .22 short Model 41-1 mag on the bottom.
