I am looking to purchase another Model 459 but I have ran across somewhere that I could maybe purchase a Model 439. I am wondering if this would be a good pair or if I should just stick to dual 459's. Any opinions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

Two 459's, one 459 and one 439, two 439's; these are really questions that have no bad answers. Personally I like the variety of having several different models. So if I were in your shoes I would get one of each. Both are great guns.

The 439 is a very nice pistol. While I like the grip on the 459, the grip on the 439 feels better than the 459. As long as you don't mind the loss of the extra magazine capacity between the two, the 439 is a great addition to any S&W collection.

Unless you need back up consistency, I would go for the variety of a M459 and M439.
