Model 51

Hello all
I was looking at a Model 51 today (22mag of course)
It is at a very well known quality dealer
The gun is nice not a safe queen or a beater
It has Packeys on it no S&W stocks

First any thoughts on this gun and I know its tough but thoughts on a fair price?

.22 mags had a problem with fired cases sticking. YMMV

Its hard to estimate price without seeing pictures or even a percentage rating of condition. I am guessing you are describing about a 95%-96%gun. Without original stocks my guess would be around 500 to maybe 600 tops since it is a model 51 which will bring a premium over the 34. Usually NIB/ANIB ones run right at 1000.
