Model 52 scope mount screws needed

Recently at a gun show I picked up a Leupold scope mount that replaces the right grip on my Model 52. Unfortunately I did not get the instructions or the screws that replace pins or screws on the gun. if anybody can help me out with a source or any information on the screws I would greatly appreciate it. I have searched the internet and contacted leupold and found that' scope mount has been out of production for quite a while. I don't want to rely on just the 2 grip screws to hold it in place. I'm sure those other 2 screws serve a purpose.

About a year or so ago some folks were chasing these mounts and someone on that forum can tell you what you are looking for as far a thread pitch and size.
