What Serial Numbers and/or"Dash" need the "Modification?

1980 to about 1997, I think. The 586 and -1 are under the recall. Got one you are looking to buy?

I am in the market for a nice 586 no dash w/ 4" barrel to pair up with my similar 686. Finding one in good (90%+) condition has proven very difficult.....ESPECIALLY at a reasonable price!!
