Will a M5906 Magazine work in a M5946?

5946 is the full framed, all stainless steel, double action version, 3rd 9mm pistol.
They came out in the early 1990s and until the end of 1994, only the LEO ones had 15 round magazines. It was replace by the 5946TSW in 2000.
Oh yeah, it's built like a tank.

Yes, any 59 series magazine will fit and work in any 59 series pistol.
