Model 60 Special Order

Hey guys, I was wondering if anyone would have any information on a model 60-7 Product Code 102302? My box is marked with Special Order # 1137. Without getting a letter. Is there a way to find out what the Special order was?

The "Spec Ord" code was a Julian date code.

"1137" indicates the 137th day in 1991.

Product Code 102302 is the SKU for the standard Model 60 with a 2" barrel and round butt.

Just like S&W chad said, the "Spec. Ord" number is a Julian date, nothing to do with special features! The 137th day of the year is May 17.

Sometimes the Special Order code is...special. For example, when the last three digits are greater than 366.
