Model 610 questions

1. are all 610 no dash built on the N frame?
2. were they available in round and square butt?
3. what grips were shipped on this model, and what S&W grips will fit it?

1. Yes
2. Round only, as far as I know.
3. The SCSW says they came with smooth Goncalo Alves finger groove combat round butt grips with S&W medallions. This might be the early ones with later ones coming with rubber grips. One of the members here should know.
N frame round butt grips should fit it. There are some round to square conversion grips also.

Hogue-excaliber, and many others on the web make rnd to sqs-Altamont makes a nice grip at a good price.
