Model 63 No Dash

Just picked up a sweet 4" Model 63 at my LGS and was wondering if anyone could provide a birthdate. S/N is AFL34XX

The SCSW doesn't specifically list AFL, but gives AEV-AFJ for Nov. 1984, so that's likely your 63's DOB.

Edit to add: I see you're new. Welcome to the forum. 63s are great kit guns. For most of us all they need is a set of stocks that covers the back strap to extend the their trigger reach. Unfortunately, for wood stocks you have to look beyond the factory's offerings to extend a J frame's trigger reach.
