Model 640 .357 magnum?

I've been wanting to try that Buffalo Bore ammo although my dealer doesn't carry it for some reason. I'll try the Scottsdale Gun Club this weekend.

Purchased my 640-1 new when they first came out. Used it for plain-clothes bank security back then. Wifey uses it for HD now. I REALLY like it!

I have a RSR Performance Center 640-1 with Mag-na-Port. I carry it in a newly acquired clam shell belt holster found at a gun show. It is the perfect combination of conceal ability and power. And as someone said I do like the thought of the 357 mag. plus you can use a wide range of bullet types from shot shells to multi - ball ammo; you can get 3 100gr wad cutters in a 357 shell casing.

I carried my 640-1 for quite awhile and it's a great gun. Last year I started carrying a 340 m&p just because it's so much lighter. I take both to the range and do most shooting with the 640. I shoot the 340 enough to stay comfortable with it, their both great guns I think. The 640 is definitely easier on you with full power .357.
