Model 650 and 63 Gunsmith question on .22's

I really like the looks of the model 650 .22 magnum but would rather have it fire a .22 long rifle. Would a 22lr cylinder from a model 63 be able to be fitted to a 650 frame?

I think there were a limited number of 651s that were sold with an auxiliary .22 lr cylinder. I don't know if the spare cylinders are available from Smith anymore.
