Model 66-2 WHAT IS IT???

Looks like someone ruined a perfectly good 66-2. May have been a property room gun someone converted to a training gun

They may have, but how may M1911's, M9's and M16's did the military convert. Parts can be changed.

Yes they did, but in those days 66's were as common as Glocks are today.

Can remember the LGS getting box loads of M66's in as trade-in's.
