Model 66-2

I also purchased a model 66-2 in excellent condition. 6 " barrel. Just shot it a few times and I love it. Fantastic trigger pull. I paid $550 Canadian for it. How did I do price wise and when was it shipped ??? Thanks to all

Need the first few digits of the serial # for the gurus to tell you the likely shipping date range. My recollection would be crudely 78-82 for a 66-2. That memory and enough cash will get you a cup at your favorite coffee shop and should not be relied upon.

I think the 66-1 was from 77-82; 66-2 was 82-86. I don't know much about Smiths, but I do know that.

I think $550 is a very fair price. I'd pay that (US funds) for an excellent condition 6" 66.
