I know some of you don't care for the new ones but Lord help me I love them all. Each one has its place. The dash 2 goes with me on my morning walks and most anywhere else I go on my days off. If I feel the need to shoot 357 the Dash 8 is my choice. I can't tell the difference in my targets. I am equally bad with both of them! I put a 14 pound trigger return spring in the Dash 8. At this point I cannot tell much difference in the triggers. I am yet to run across a K frame I didn't like. I expect there will be more of both new and old in my future. Y'all have a good day! Hugh1 , not to be overly critical but looks like you missed every shot . i can't find a hole 1 . don't feel bad we can't all be dead eye .great looking revolvers . i like the brushed or glass beaded finish whatever they call it . don't give up , keep practicing . you'll master it . kenny :D

As a general rule at ten yards and in the vast majority of my shots will be in the red. I shoot two handed, standing, double action, as fast as I can get back on target. At twenty-five yards, shooting the same way, approximately one third will wind up in the red. The other two thirds will be in the eight or nine rings. I have good days and bad days but that is about average. My speed is getting a little better but I am still slow. My 25 yard accuracy is a little better with my Model 17 and K38 Masterpiece but not much. At 25 yards I cannot hit the broad side of a barn single action. It is what it is.

Range Day

Where did you get those self healing targets from???:):) nice gun how is the two piece barrel doing?

Where do you purchase those targets? The ones I buy always get holes in them and I have to replace them often. I have been doing it wrong all these years.

I Really like the new 66 it's my go to revolver for woods bumming I like the lighter weight of the K frame no problem with the two piece barrel or the ball detent lock i shoot 357 mostly it's good to go
