Model 69 Combat Magnum question

My 2.75 is almost flawless. It has 2 tiny, tiny little pock marks next to each other, towards the front of the cylinder. And that’s it. However, I bought mine used, so the previous owner may have done that.

The crown and forcing cone look great. Ejection is perfect. Timing is good. SA pull is less than 3 pounds. I always have trouble measuring DA. I think mine is a bit less than 9 pounds. Even tho min was used, it wasn’t fired much at all. The action has gotten much smoother with a lot of dry firing.

I’m pretty pleased with offhand accuracy. My small “Iron Man” steel target takes quite a beating out to 50 yards.

I think it’s a handsome revolver. My Opinion: Buy.

My advice when considering the purchase of any firearm, be it used or new: Give it a thorough visual inspection, look for defects in fit, finish, and workmanship. Also give it a function test, make sure everything is functioning correctly. Every firearm is a rule unto itself, that includes accuracy, velocity attainable with different ammo, and build quality.
