Most fun things to shoot at

behind my house is an old stone qurry with stone walls about 80 ft. high and in the winter they get realy thick and long ice cycles. great way to spend a winter day shooting

When I was a teenager, and could shoot at the local dump, I liked to shoot at anything that exploded. This included glass bottles, cans and land crabs. Now that I am much older and somewhat more environmentally sensitive, I like to shoot at NECCO Candy Wafers or M&Ms (plain not peanut).

Pretty neat! How did you sight through it, just looking through/at the camera?

Frozen milk jugs with different food color dyes. I like the spray of various color of ice. Shoot it with .223 and its very visible.

Yeah, I set my iPhone on the buffer tube on its side and it lined up perfectly and just watched the screen to line it up. It took me a few tries to get it right and not move my phone after each shot.

I belong to an indoor range. We use those paper "splatter" targets, which have kind of a slippery surface, and then stick small orange adhesive target dots to them. When those dots get hit (if ever), they fall off. High five!

No, they haven't asked us to turn in our membership yet.

i can't believe no one has put old spray paint cans in front of a white sheet! i save all of mine in a box once they get to the bottom of the paint. Instant modern art!!!
just p/u the cans when you leave the area.

Shooting ciggarette butts if you have the skills. Or shoot a wind chime. Those are cool, neat sound when you hit it also. Or sterifoam heads. Thats my favorite.

Back when I used to live in Lousianna.

We used to have a lot of fun down on the bayou in Plaquemines Parish. We would build a big bonfire in a place where we did not have to consider forrest fires.

then we would take a number of 20lb propane tanks (full) and throw them into the fire and let them get good and hot.
Then we would shoot them with a high powered rifle.

A pretty cool display to say the least!:D

They have zombie targets at walmart now. I think its like $50, does not bleed like the better ones. Just a torso and a weird looking face
