Anyone looking for NIB 2nd and 3rd Gen's check out Cherry's Fine Guns in Greensboro, NC. Just left there with a few Smith's myself. ;)
3953, 5903SSV, 410's, 5904's, etc etc
TDA's, DAO's. Prices are a bit high maybe, but they're only new once. ;)
Even a few nice wheelguns. :)
Let em' know the fella from NY sent you. ;)
You're welcome.

All just a little out of my reach, but the ones that caught my eye:

745 $750
4056TSW $695
5903SSV $750
5924 $625
5943SSV $595

Do you think they would knock $600-$800 off if I bought all five. :)

And while you're in NC, you can check out the barbecue and see for yourself that it's "worth it".;)

Nice pickups there. Enjoy!

I have GOT to get myself out of California... I've been wanting to slash my wrists after reading all of the great stuff people are posting about finding/buying lately... none if it being available to us behind the right coast iron curtain.

A few people here on the forum have helped me find guns thru the years, and I've done the same. That's what we do. :)

Most of the ones on that list that I would want I already have, but still, the idea of getting them NIB...I will be arguing with myself the rest of this evening!

Aw, man!

My trophy wife says it's been a bad year for gun purchases, I maintain it's been a very good year!

I think I need more, lot's more, and these are just my type of gun!

You guys are killing me here...

As Bill Clinton would say, "I feel your pain." I'm in the east coast version of CA, Massafornia.

I was on the phone with Eagle Imports about a problem with my Bersa. (Yeah, I know, the problem with my Bersa is it's a Bersa). Anyway I asked the nice young lady if Bersa was ever going to try to make MA compliant versions of their guns. She said that they probably would, but they had to get some of their models back on the CA roster first. She told me that MA has the worst compliance laws in the country.

At least we're number 1 in something.

That translates into most MA FFLs refusing to transfer in even older handguns, it's just not worth their aggravation. Which means that all those neat guns that others can buy are off limits for me.

I checked on 3914 today, but just can't spend the money right now. But, did anyone else think it is actually a NL model? New in box for $495. Great deal, hard to pass on, but would hope someone on here would buy

That slanted dustcover would seem to support your guess, Bartman, but the SCSW says the 3914NL models had a serial number beginning with "TEE". This pistol looks like it's "TFA 2168" though I can't make it out exactly. My hunch is that the other side of the frame is etched "Lady Smith" and this is a 3914 Lady Smith! You'd think Cherry's would have put this in the ad, though -- especially since they also have a 3913 Lady Smith for sale, marked exactly as such. Hmmmmm.....

That would make an even better deal lol

It is a lady smith, and since it is, it is now on it's way to me. Life is good. Also a special thanks to Vigil617 for serial number check and LS suggestion. Only reason I called. Thanks man.
