I got the Allegro 454 kind of running. I can pour gas into the carb and it will fire up. But its not pumping gas even though I got the electric fuel pump working. I made a harness and wired in a relay just for the electric fuel pump. It was not that much of a challenge. It took longer to run the cables I made through the old P30 chassis then anything else. I still haven't figured out whats keeping the gas from making it to the engine. I will figure it out later. I am wiring in a painless auxiliary fuse block. I mounted it last monday along with extra relays. Those will be for the electric fan, fuel pump, lights and other accessories. This might sound silly. But I might get a winch mounted on my Allegro.
The 454 has its clutch fan. I guess they was rigging up a electric fan to help keep it cool. But they did not finish wiring it in.

The I am finally getting progress done on the 351 Cleveland. I have it almost done. I am going to start on its suspension and mechanicals. I might see is I can find a cast aluminum main case for the top loader to help cut down the weight. I want to cut as much weight off my car as possible. I am looking forward to working on my Torinos electricals. I am going to apply everything I learned to my car.

I remember when I was having fuel delivery problems on my little '88 Toyota 4X4, I was looking at the side of the 4cyl motor for the mechanical fuel pump.

I been busy since last Sunday. I will look into it some more hopefully soon.
