mounting a cope on 460

I have a 12 performance center 460 coming to me. I need to find the out how to mount a scope on it. Can anyone tell me whet mounts and rings I need to use?

I would go with these from Weigand. I believe I would go with his 3 ring set-up also.

I am using a Millet on mine. They are all steel, they form around the rear of the frame for more strength, and will work with any Weaver style ring. I am pleased with it from a strength and performance standpoint.

30-40.......I believe that the 12'' PC version has an integrated Picatinny rail for mounting the scope. I too would go with three rings if possible.

I just mounted a leupold vx111 2.5-8x32 on my s&w performance center which has the 10.5" barrel. I had a tough time finding the right rings for the gun. I first started with mark 4 rings in med, and they were too low, objective was touching the barrel, then a customer service rep at leupold told me to use prw rings, then spoke to another rep and he said not to use prw's that they have had complaints with the 460. Then I called weigand, and they said they don't have rings to fit performance center mount, so tried warne maxima magnum steel high rings in silver and used 3 rings on it, 2 in back and 1 up front. Seems to be real tight, I haven't shot it yet, just mounted it tonight, I had a lgs mount and bore sight for me, he said it was a nice tight fit and should be good to go. Sorry for long post but I wanted to share my experience in finding the right rings. Hope this helps you, cause the only info I could find was to vague.

Here is what I was thinking. I do not have the gun yet to see what I have to deal with. I am a need to see it kinda person. I am looking at the Burris Signature rings to put on the Picatinny mount on the gun. Then I would put either a Bushnell 2-6x32 3200 elite or a Nikon 2.5-8 Force XR on it.
Any problems with that? I have the Burris rings on a 300 mag rifle and love the way the nylon inserts help hold the scope.
