Did Larry at least send you birthday greetings?

Wow! I figured that people that spend that much on a mag are just gun newbies and didn't know where else to look. $70 for 1 mag.
I sold a short mag on ebay for 75$ I almost passed out when I seen that!![]()

I will admit I am lost as to what you mean by your post?
And for an update. My mags didn't get shipped yet. No email, nothing from them yet. Maybe they forgot about me![]()
Mine are suppose to arrive today. Has anyone tried to do a second back order on these? I'm tempted to grab 2 more since they are hard to find.
When I ordered a magazine for a different gun last week I asked the order taker to back order 2 more of the 10 rounders for me, no problem. He said they probably wouldn't ship until early/mid December. I also asked him to hold the order until ALL the magazines could ship together to save shipping and this also wasn't a problem.
I find it funny that people will pay more for a 10rd short mag than they will for a 25rd mag.
Didn't anyone learn anything from the Pmag scare?
There's at least two reasons people want 10-round short magazines, even though more expensive than 25 round ones:
1 - They WANT the short magazines! No other excuse is really necessary.
2 - They live in one of the communist controlled states that have outlawed possession of 25-round magazines.
3 - Shorter mag gives a nice low profile look to the gun.
+1I have lots of higher capacity mags for them that sit in range bags...just my preference as I do not see the "red hoard coming over the hill" (you need to have experienced the seventies and eighties to understand) and shorts are more convenient.
Has anyone ever seen a FDE short mag?
