I have a Safari Land holster for outside the waist band carry that works great. It has a small button/tab to press on the inside top of the holster to release and draw the pistol. I tried a L.A.G. holster for IWB for my compacts, but returned it - the way it was molded would flip the safety off while holstering it. I've looked a little, but haven't researched it enough or purchased another concealed holster yet. It seems the industry mostly caters to pistols without a safety. I just a business card to a local custom holster maker. I plan on checking out his work if I don't find something that suits my fancy online. I'm almost skeptical about using a holster made by an individual custom maker - I don't know why really - If there are samples of his work to show me it should be fine.
