Hi every one.
This is my first post, just get home from the range, very satisfied with the way my MP9c performed, cleaned my pistol as always, did not notice any thing wrong until re-assembly, hand cycle the slide, take the aim and realized that the white dot on the front sight dis-appeared..where did it go?
What should I do?,

That's a common problem. It's happened to me and lots of others also. I just got a bottle of white Tester's paint from the hobby store and re-painted the front dot.

Hello to everyone as this is also my frist time as a member on this site. Gunsho, i have the full size m&p9, my first gun as i am new to the hobby and responsibility. The same thing happend to me as well except it actually fell off while i was firing. This happend only my second time out with it, luckly enough i live here in western massachusetts in a neighboring town to Springfield where the Smith headquarters and factory are, and i am a member at the shooting center they have there. So i dropped it off at the factory and 5 days later it was ready for pick up. A week later I went to the range again, went through the first magazine (restricted to 10rds for those who arent familiar with the great laws in The Peoples Republic of Massachusetts) and half way through the second the dot fell out again. havent brought it back yet because i havent decided what i want to do, have them fix it again and possibly have it fall out again or look at aftermarket sights. thanks for listening everyone looking forward to all the info you seasoned vets have to help us newbes along lol.

My white paint on my front sight fell out after about 10 rounds on my M&P Fullsize 9. I went to Lowes and bought some "Rustoleum" Epoxy appliance touch-up. It comes in a small bottle. Very durable stuff. Also makes the front sight much brighter/noticable.
