Much needed upgrade, love it so far, now to make some decisions

finally got my new scope in and so far it looks and feels sooo much better than that UTG thing i was using..
Bushnell Trophy elite 1x32 red/green t dot scope

and eventhough they are a bit high off the bore, i do like the pistol sights bushnell designed into the top of the scope

and the overall look of the gun looks awesome to me....

except for one thing, and its been the one thing, that gasblock ... it just looks so out of place... the new scope seems to co witness well with my removeable front sight so i think i am going to go to a fixed front sight, so grover is that front sight offer still on the table? lol if so what all would i need to install it?

A2 front sight would look great on that. Also, the red, white and blue LaRue clips for the rail. That would finish it up nicely.

it of course is still on the table....you would have to get it into place and then use the pin holes to line up and drill out so you can lock it into place. I believe I still have the pins also.

drilll..... did he say drill?......... yeah that doesnt make me nervous lol happen to have a spare gas tube lying around too?

No Sir that is one spare I dont have but you should be able to use the gas tube that is in your present gas block.

i think ima have to take it into a gunsmith to get it installed... i dont do well with precision drilling on something as important as a barrel... knowing my luck id end up with a few extra gas holes i dont need lol grover ill get with you here in abit about costs and such

I was looking at this scope too.. I liked the adjustable dot size from 1mm to 10mm. When you try her out let us know how you like it.. Also if you have any dislikes about it.. What's a good price for one? Thanks! George

check that link.. right now they have them for 149.95 down from 281 so far i like it, but havent shot it yet
