Music You Enjoy

I saw the Tokens perform at the Weinberg Center in Frederick, MD. During the intermission/autograph session I was able to talk to the lead singer and told him I was a former oldies disk jockey and was playing their records back in the 1970s. He asked me what station I was on and when I told him, he shook MY HAND. I have no way of confirming this, but I like to think that he came to the conclusion that guys like me playing their old hit records on the air in the 1970s was why he was doing the concert that night.

And by the way, he could still hit the high notes in "The Lion Sleeps Tonight."

Eric Clapton’s Crossroads guitar festivals are some of the very best guitar player gatherings to Ever grace the stage. They are without a doubt among my most favorite music videos.
