Must do upgrades for the Shield 9mm

It's fine just as it comes. That being said, my eyes are getting a bit older and it's time for XS big dots which is also a night site. I found a gunsmith who carries a Shield and he let me try his Apex duty/carry kit. Yep, he's putting one in as well as the big dots as I type this. He's also polishing the internals. I can't wait to get it back and go shoot it. The trigger feels like the one in my SR9c, or will when I get it back. I think it will be good to have very similar feeling triggers on both my 9mm guns. When I get it back, I'll just spend money on ammo, lol.

Update.....got my gun back and loved it. I was shooting better from farther distances than I did before 10 yds closer. My trigger pull must have been abnormally stiff or something. It's right at 5.5 now. OK, now the bad.....after 57 rounds the front site fell off. That was due to the gunsmith's error in cleaning up the area around the site before the lock tite set up. I texted him and he told me to bring it to him right then. He fixed it immediately and used rock tight this time. This was late Sunday afternoon on Father's Day. I took notice of that. I will shoot it some more tomorrow. I think it's the perfect carry gun.
