My 15-22's new best Friend

It took about 100 rounds to get the laser and iron sights dialed in but alls good. The only thing that sucks is that during the day in bright sun you need to use your iron sights to find the laser if you know what I mean. Once you find it however, its awesome. At 25 yards on a bench un=sing 2 hands I can easily stay in a 3" group, which for me is more than satisfactory, and of course just 2 hands standing at 7 yards works just fine. I have to say this is a very accurate pistol for having such a short barrel. 250 rounds today without a hiccup.

Surprisingly, it gets way less dirty than my 15-22, I don't get it, but I'll take it!

I looked at one of those yesterday. I've always been a Ruger guy for 22's, but I might have to get one of the M&P's before too long.

My wife liked it too.

Well, there you go. Happy wife, happy life! Get the .22 compact. I don't think you'll have any regrets.

I have both the Walther made full size MP .22 and now the compact. Both shoot flawlessly but the Compact is more fun because of it's reduced size, comfortable grip, easy size for carry and ability to recover quickly after each shot.
Both often accompany one of my 15-22 rifles to the boonies for dirt clod eradication.

I have rented the 22-C twice now at a local indoor range. I have had a Ruger MkII for many years and it's a fine target pistol.... but to tell the truth I do indeed have more FUN with the little compact 22 . It's a hoot to shoot and this rental pistol has a lot of rounds through it with NO problems.

Since my EDC is a Shield 9mm, I am absolutely getting one of these 22-C guns as a gift to my wife for Christmas. SHE will LOVE it !!
Last week I burned through 300 rounds of .22 CCI in an hour. I only used up one mag of 9mm on the Shield and went on home. Renting the 22C is cheaper than ammo for the 9mm .....

I know it ain't the same, but it's helping me with my point aiming at a much reduced cost even though .22 ammo isn't as cheap as it used to be.
