I stopped at an intersection yesterday and an older gentleman in a Prius was next to me. During the length of the red light, I looked over and noticed him looking at my 2005 Mustang G.T. like he could just set it on fire. Reckon he was p.o.'d because he HAD a Prius instead of a Mustang, or he was ticked because of his potential brake failure, or he was just upset that this fortyish bald man was driving such an offense against the environment? Kinda spooked me with the look on his face, to tell the truth.

Just imagine if he knew that you were a gun owner as well......(and probably carrrying as well).
I hope that you gunned the engine a bit at the light

Pulled a HUGE holeshot on him when the green kicked on. Too bad I wasn't bracket racing; I'd have whupped him good.

I think that some of those folks are kind of weak on impulse control and tolerance. Never heard of live and let live. Probably explains why they don't like guns - they know that they themselves are not to be trusted with such a thing.

Most likely an eco-snob. Should have left him in a cloud of tire smoke. :D

Shooboy drives a Prius???????? :eek::eek::eek::eek:

LMAO ! Ooops, shouldn't be talking about my ass right now. I wouldn't drive a Prius unless it was to help it over the cliff or a mountain, and jump out just before the piece of crappola went over the side. I'd love to have a new Mustang GT as the wife and I just sold our '94 convertible last year. Give me an American V-8 any day and let all the econo-freaks drive there 13 horsepower upside down toilet bowls as much as they want. Eat my dust grampa !!! Shoo

Sounds to me that someone here is going through a mid-life crisis.:D:D

Perhaps... I wouldn't object to owning a Prius that gets 46 mpg, as long as I don't have an accident. They are too small for my taste.

Shoo, my 2005 is the latest body style, and in my opinion, one of the best. I've owned several all the way back to the early Eighties Fox body G.T.'s, and I love these cars. An '05 G.T. should be able to be bought fairly reasonably, being that they are five years old now.

I love the looks from prius drivers when I'm driving my big, electric blue, 8mpg, NRA sticker-wearing Rover.

A great big smile and healthy laugh and.............So.............how's that 'hope and change' working out for ya? ( :D Y :D )

I hate the people who pull onto the interstate & then take 2 miles to hit cruising speed because the refuse the use the accelerator at all.

It's my understanding that the production of a hybrid and its eventual disposal cause much more pollution than they save in their lifetime. Doesn't that make them more like a 'feel good car'? Oh look at me, I'm saving the world.
