I bought my 15-22 the last week of February. I got to take it to the range the first time last weekend. I had a ton of failure to ejects (stovepipes). I was shooting fed. value pack from walmart. i had several boxes with from different times and different walmarts so the likelihood of them being from the same batch is very slim. when I shot ammo from the first box it would stove pipe every 4-5th round, when i switched to the second box it was every other round stovepiping. but the ammo from that box worked flawlessly in my marlin 60.
This weekend i took my 15-22 back to the store i bought it from, i had purchased their extended warranty thing. they took it into the rand and fired several mags of different types of ammo. they only had one jam from a cci, they said the Remington golden bullets feed well through it. so they sent me home with it and told me to switch ammos.
I have a ton of boxes of fed value packs and i would really like to be able to shoot it out of my brand new gun. I have the blue springs in my gun. Should i send it back to s&w or just deal with the fact i cant shoot the fed value packs from it? does s&w pay for shipping to and from?
