My First S&W, 686 - 4 and now my SECOND!!

It took only a couple months, I am now a two Smith & Wesson family.

Was at the shooting range and noticed an older revolver in the corner of the used case. A Model 10-5, just came in. Didn't know what that was, but it had a lot of character. The only model I know S&W makes is the 686, which was my first.

10 minutes later I had purchased it and was shooting some 38 Special through it.

If it's possible to like something more than my 686-4, this is it. Serial number D9789XX is anyone might know the age.

This may be the start of something bad...

Here's a few pics...
