My Grandpa's knife

I received my grandfathers smith and Wesson knife along with a bunch of other knives such as Randall's ect. I was wondering if anyone knew when it was made if it could be worth anything

That is the S&W Model 6010 Bowie knife that was made in the late 70's to early 80's. It should have a number on it as well that is like a serial number of sorts. They made 15,000 of them. These are on ebay from time to time and sell for anywhere from $150 to $200.

You probably already know that those Randall's are much more valuable than most collectable knives out there. Lots of fellas around here are as avid Randall collectors as they are S&W collectors. I'm sure they'd love to see pics of those as well.
