After looking for a few years for a great condition model 19 I traded into this one a couple of weeks ago. It has target hammer and target trigger. I invested about $550.00 in it through the amount of trading I did. Locks up like a vault, near mint condition, appears shot very, very little. One grail gun down, one to go!:D

Very nice looking model 19.Those grips are wild looking.:DI think the 4" barrel is about the most useful barrel length on a model 19.That is also a very good price from where I am in CA.

Hi,

Great looking M19. You did well on the price. I live in California and one like the one you bought will be over $600. I paid $618 for a M66-4 4 inch and I am waiting for my M13-2 I bought for $545 out the door. I did get lucky on a M19-4 6 inch from a owner that neglected his revolvers. I paid $269 out the door. I cleaned up the revolver and it is going to be one of my best shooters. Anyway, again great revolver. That is one revolver I would never sell. None of my K frame magnums are for sale. They are too hard to find in California.

wish i still had my dash 5. i bought it from my first cousin who is like my little brother. it was his first gun and he was strapped for cash at the time. i knew that he would regret selling it later, so i enjoyed it and waited for the dreary day when he would come knocking. at least i got to enjoy it at no costs and maybe i'll run across another for the right price later on.

Very Nice.
I love the K frame model 19 I have a 6 inch model its so sweet and handles so nice ,Bought my daughter one last week for $550 here in OZ only in 4 inch with a Hogue grips for her short fingers lol , She loves it and well I love it and wanna really have it but I did buy it for HER so I guess Ill just have to play with it when shes not using it. Love the deep blue finish , that fired blue finish on the triggers and such a smooth action and amazing trigger on them both. They just feel so comfortable and balanced in the hand.

I'm like you guys. I'm not sellin' any more K-frames! They are getting really scarce around here in VA. If I had only known.... I sold some mint condition ones, a 64 and 65, a couple of years ago, in the boxes, for around $350 each as I recall. I should have held onto them!!!!
