Just picked up a model 10-7 from my FFL. Should make a great shooter. Extremely tight and looks hardly shot at all. Under a strong light it does have some surface rust though.

Just did some checking and it seems the 10-07's were the last with the pinned barrel. Happy about that. Cant wait to shoot it tomorrow with some 158 grain cowboy loads I cooked up.

IMG_3318.jpg No more plastic guns for me. I have the S@W 10 for range fun and bumps in the night along with a S@W AR 15 M@P sport. And for carry my trusty little 442.

I love to reload and look forward to never having to pick up my pistol brass again.

Its funny how some times we come back around in life to the things we love and started with in the first place.

Nice revolver! Classic specimen and fun to shoot. Enjoy it!

Thanks! Paid less than 400 for it before shipping. With the prices going up these days, not too shabby.

Picked it up off Gunbroker (very bad for my credit card) and am very happy with it.

The guy I purchased it from has a couple more for sale. One in mint condition for $500.00 or so. And another one like mine in very good to excellent condition for $399.00. Pretty good prices these days.
Gander Mountain I believe still has trade ins for around $300.00.IMG_3331.jpg But they are in a rougher cosmetic shape.

I would like to pick up an inexpensive model 10, but when I see one that I like so far the price is not right for me. Enjoy safely shooting your nice, new firearm for many years.
