My newly nominated "Worst Company" for customer service

Primo Water. Worst bottled water company ever. They went through some type of merger recently. Formerly under a lot of names. Cancelled delivery 6 times now, changing availability of water brands. Constant run-around. They schedule delivery and then cancel a few days before or sometimes on the day of delivery. Impossible to reach via email or on the phone.
 
I have been on this forum for a few years. As a personal service to all the Forum members stuck with Xfinity/Comcast feel free to use these two phone numbers. I learned about them the hard way -- using Xfinity customer service. These two numbers connect to living people immediately.

A few general issues, a lot of these companies are so big they have gobbled up their competitors and are near monopolies, deal with them or do without, The people they are hiring from these days too often consider showing up for week itself to be a monumental task - actually doing anything besides lunch is out of the question. the people in charge are too busy finding ways of spending their 7 figure bonuses and 53 weeks of vacation to worry about where it all comes from. In short, no one really cares about customer service and where you choose to do business.
