My review of the Juvicator B.A.D. lever.

I'm still working on it guys. If its taking too long just send large sums of money, and huge chunks of free time my way. ;)

Almost had a machine all lined up but then they told me 3 months backlog. I don't want to wait that long.

Juvicator,
I purchased my M&P 15-22 in August of 2009. I can wait for the lever. The gun's not going anywhere. Take your time, in order to do it right.

I just bought a 15-22, however it doesn't have a dust cover for the ejection port like the one in your picture. Checked a lot of photos on S&W's website and none are decked out with such. Did you make the cover? Did the early M&P15-22's come with dust covers? Looks nice and more like a real AR's lower.

The guy that started this thread (Doug) makes the ejection Port Cover. It's a cool piece of kit! :)

I await the B.A.D. lever's completion, since I have the Magpul B.A.D. lever on all of my AR15s, I want to continue the flow for training reasons with the M&P 15/22.... I was thinking of getting the magpul and modifying it to the M&P 15/22, but I will wait a tad longer.. Thanks

Thanks and sorry to all for the wait. I've gone thru 2 changes with it and have the lefty version almost ready to show. My shop plans have been put on hold while we work a family illness issue. But it will happen guys just bare with me.

Well from the way things look on the 3rd revision I will probably go back to the 2nd version (shown on this thread). The changes I made cut the weight more but added time and another operation. From what the testers have said I guess that weight was not a factor. So I will put out the 2nd as the "finished" version. When... That is still up in the air. Got a family member fighting cancer and I feel that helping them out is a bit more important. I am still maybe looking at having them made just got to find a decent price so I can offer them to you guys at a cost that won't kill the piggy bank. I'm still going to do this and I know y'all are getting tired of waiting, just a lot on my plate and it looks like a 5 corse meal.

Family is absolutely more important! No need to apologize man. At this point this is a hobby and not your livelihood or a full time business. You have to do what you have to do.
