My S&W 1917

Just wanted to show off some pics of my 1917. To my eyes everything seems matching and original. It's one of my favorite revolvers that I own and one of the few old guns in my collection that I actually shoot. Took me a while to find a nice one and I think the price of $750 I paid a year ago was fair.

Those are fantastic old revolvers. I owned a nice reblued one ages ago and like a dolt, I sold it. Would like to pick up another one sometime.

That is a nice one, and I doubt you could improve on that one for the same money unless you get really lucky.

Wow, very nice! I have a soft spot for 1917s having owned several over the years as well as other vintage N frames.

I have this M1937, it is a great shooter. I reload for it using .45AR cases. It is an accurate revolver.
