I wish I knew I'd send him more stuff! I found it at a local gun shop and decided I could not live without it.

That's a real beauty -- nice find!
That will buff out, I think. You may have to use some cold blue after the buffing.
On second thought, try some steel wool. That ALWAYS works.
BTW Nice Mdl 10. Saw about the same on a Victory not long ago. Seller was WAY PROUD. Started at $1900 and came down to $1700, (LMAO) for his scratched up, out of time, amature engraved, needing another park job revolver.

The flowers in the engraving and the style give it away. The engraver is George Turner, Cleveland, Ms. He is a WW2 vet and still engraving at 91 years of age.Just finished a 100 percent coverage Model 36 for me. Google him.

Might be Elvis' grandaddy's gun. Somebody did a pretty nice job with it.
