custom trigger job(complete sear polish, internal slide polish, trigger arm polish, striker knob polish, outer sear spring replacement, pigtail spring removal)

was a big job. had fitting issues with the grip, rail adaptor and the sights. got them all taken care of. great trigger pull. still a little work left to do. getting my name engraved tomarrow on the slide and will be experimenting with the wolf striker spring in the future.

without the laser/light combo (which was not purchased with intent to use with this pistol...originally) the cost of this package is now up to a total of 450$ (570 with the laser/light)which does not seem like that much for how this all has turned out.

this will be used as my primary home defense pistol. kept at home and used on my property at night mainly.

Looks nice but i wouldnt change the striker spring...i did mine and had out of 100 rds or so at least 12 FTF's..not good if its gonna be a primary defense pistol.You want it to go BANG when needed.

i agree. im too picky to deal with failures, but im too curious to not give it a try. being that i can just pop back in the original i figure id give it til the first failure at the range. but til then (and probably after then) the stock spring stays in! thanks for the commet based on experience!
