My son is recovering from COVID-19

What does his Dr. suggest as a treatment?

Like him, I'm afraid of hospitals.

Basically, my son was told to stay at home, stay in bed and use over the counter fever control. Only go to the hospital if he had serious difficulty breathing. It is now about day 15 or 16 and his temperature is normal and he is weak as a kitten. Probably another 1-2 weeks before he has fully recovered.

At least, he has help at home. I really feel for someone living alone who gets this virus.

My nephew seems better. And he has access to Navy doctors.

That is Good News! I read where 14% of people tested have the virus
antibodies and did not know they were sick.

Covid 19

Prayers your way....
I have lot 2 family members in the last 3 weeks to this monster. They were not that old ( 40s) and in good health. This is nothing to play with. Listen to the experts... Not the pols.

Tell him to hang in there. Recovering from an illness can be a tough and lonely situation. Do your best to look after him.

My was had it and wasn't diagnosed. I fee guys in the Department have too. We just had our first confirmed diagnosis of a member.

And, it can be as easy as no symptoms or rock your world.

Prayers sent.
