Nice guns, everyone!!! This is as tough as picking my 3 favorite rock & roll songs, but here's today's top 3. It could change next week.

27-2 5". Herrett's Ropers; Skeeter's favorite.


And one of these...haven't decided which one yet. 17-3 and a 18-3. Leaning towards the 6" 17, though.

A lot of my current favorite guns (and related photos) are pre-war or early post war S&W's. However, since this thread is in the 1961-1980 section of the forum, I'll respond here with "My Top Three"... from this era..., that I have taken photos of,... and as of this very minute (I reserve the right to change these three at any time...).

One: TR 210, one of 50 factory Class A engraved 19-3 Texas Ranger commemorative guns:



Two: A factory engraved Model 66-1 (mostly because I like the photo)



Three: Since I seem to be on an engraved kick, a recently acquired Model 29-2 engraved by Jeff Flannery

So... is it now a .22 cal? Did they sleeve the barrel and the cylinder? I see that it now has an internal firing pin... I would love to see a few more photos of the conversion.
