My very first top break, i need help

Howdy

Is it an illusion of the photo, or is the diameter of the 1 9/16" 44-40 cylinder greater than the diameter of the 1 7/16" cylinder? I have two 44 Double Actions with the 1 7/16" 44 Russian cylinders, but I do not have a 1 9/16" cylinder to compare them to.

Measuring the DA 1st & DA Frontier above:
The outside dimension of the 1-7/16" cylinder is 42.50 mm.
The outside dimension of the 1-9/16' cylinder is 42.65 mm.
This is by using my digital micrometer.
