Mystery Mags

Buuut
The Ramlines use a clock spring riveted to the top of the mag body that unwinds down the inside attached to the follower. That rivet would be visible, as it is conspicuous.
Yep! :) And 15 rounds in a 69/6900-series pistol. :) If it works! ;)

If you still have them let me know. I only have one and I've had it for eons. It has always worked well for me.
The ones I bought were for a Sig pistol. I'm pretty sure it was for an old frame P228. I can try to find them and verify that. If you can use them, they are yours! :D

Sure, I'd love to have them. I'll PM you.
They are yours if I can find them! :)

Another pair of mags I'd like to give away to anyone who can use them are a couple 10-round 4006 aftermarket mags. Nobody wants them either. :p I've since replaced them with OEM so these are now excess baggage. :)

I don't. I have pix of the gun in question, but that's the only shot of the magazines. :o The problem is that the value of those magazines, plus or minus, is tipping the equation toward buying or blowing off the potential deal. If those are decent condition 12-round pre-ban OEM mags, then I make my offer. If those are poor condition and unsaleable, then I blow it off. I could go either way as the gun needs work and that's a gamble that better be worth taking or forget about it.

Based on my recent experience with taking a drive, if the seller can't give you better pics on request I would pass. It's a deal that has to go 100% right for you to make it worth doing. Based on what you already know, the fact that 2 of the mags are questionable for resale value, and paraphrasing your words,...the gun is in need of some work..I think t's a hard pass. But that is JMO!

Well, the deal is off anyway. Seller raised his asking price by $50 yesterday. I just found out this morning. Between that and everything else, I'm moving on.

You've already bought this week's gun. ;)
I did Jep, but history has shown that I LOVE a 2-fer week! :D And I know you do too! :p Consider also that the Model 3954 is only my second acquisition of 2019... and here we are in April. :(

I said this was going to be a crazy tough year, and it is. :o Only way that local piece was going to happen was because I am selling faster than I am buying. :o But the seller raising his price was the last straw. It could still happen, but that slap in the face wasn't helpful.

TTSH is selling? And you're not giving your friends here a shot at the goodies? I haven't bought a gun in weeks (although that might change Monday and I did get a very nice warranty replacement gun the other day).

Trust me, there is nothing I'm dumping that anyone here would want. :o That's why they are being dumped. ;) Think: plastic, plastic and more plastic... plus a couple old all-metal guns that I am embarrassed to admit I ever bought. :p

That said, I may dump a couple of my rattier 3rd Gens later this year to make room for better ones. Gotta shoot them a few more times to make sure I would not be making a stupid mistake.
